• Timing synchronization and adjustment for translated subtitles
• Video file processing with subtitle extraction and translation
• Export options including downloadable subtitle files and burn-in capabilities
• Multi-language batch translation features

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You may need to create an account to access certain features
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

3.2 Account Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• Do not share your account credentials with others
• One account per person unless otherwise authorized

4. Content and Intellectual Property

4.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of all content you upload
• You grant us a limited license to process your content for translation purposes
• You represent that you have the right to upload and translate the content
• We do not claim ownership of your translated subtitles

You agree NOT to upload content that:

4.3 Our Intellectual Property

• SubSync's technology, design, and branding are owned by AppSphere LLC
• You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer our service
• "SubSync" and our logos are trademarks of AppSphere LLC

5. Pricing and Payments

5.1 Free and Paid Features

• Basic features may be available for free with limitations
• Premium features require a paid subscription or credits
• Pricing is displayed in your local currency when available

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payments are processed through secure third-party providers
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before renewal date
• We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

5.3 Refunds

• Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
• No refunds for partially used subscription periods

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Resell or redistribute translations commercially without authorization

7. Service Availability

• We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability
• We are not liable for interruptions beyond our reasonable control

8. Translation Quality

• Translations are generated by AI and may contain errors
• We do not guarantee 100% accuracy of translations
• Users should review translations before professional use
• We continuously work to improve translation quality

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that:

• Defects will be corrected in any specific timeframe

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• APPSPHERE LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
• OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM
• WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, CONTENT, OR TRANSLATION FILES
• SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATION OF LIABILITY, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AppSphere LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Content you upload or translate
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 Termination by You

• You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time
• Closing your account does not automatically refund unused credits

13.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have:

• Violated these Terms
• Engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Uploaded infringing or illegal content
• Failed to pay for services rendered

13.3 Effect of Termination

• Your right to use the Service will immediately cease
• Your content may be deleted after a reasonable period
• Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

14. Modifications to Terms
